Return Policy

We stand behind every PeelRevive product with our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund — no hoops, no hassle.

How to start a return
Contact us at info@peelrevive.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is accepted we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval please contact us at info@peelrevive.com.
